Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses across the UK. Choose your preferred option at checkout:

Standard Delivery: Free, arrives in 7-15 business days.
Express Delivery: £4.99, arrives in 5-9 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch via our Contact page or email pawfulpaws@outlook.com and we'll look into it right away.
Return & Exchange Policy
Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and request a return, plus a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us via our Contact page or email pawfulpaws@outlook.com with your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or not as described, in which case we'll cover the cost and offer a full refund or replacement. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
